100% Glera
Straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine dense perlage. Fruity with marked hints of apple and white fruit, creamy in the mouth with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste. Hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard, soft pressing of the grapes, settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature. This is followed by second fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method).

HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION
Hand picking in 15 kg crates with sorting of the grapes in the vineyard, soft pressing, cold settling and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until second fermentation.
SECOND FERMENTATION: refermentation in autoclave (Charmat method) at a controlled temperature, addition of selected yeasts for slow refermentation lasting about 30 days to 5 atm, cold stabilisation and bottling.

TASTING NOTES: straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine dense perlage, fruity aromas of apple and pear with hints of citrus fruit dissolving into a flowery fragrance. Creamy and velvety in the mouth, with fresh notes due to the vintage. The aperitif par excellence, it can also be enjoyed throughout the meal. Particularly suitable for fish hors d'oeuvres and risottos.
